Explore ocean life and the impact of plastic pollution at the Iziko South African Museum!
Partnering with the Iziko Museum's Education Department, Puppet Planet and Guardians of the Deep presents a hands-on, arts-centered science program on marine science and conservation. Stay-tuned for a description of activities coming this week!

Activities will be finalized this week, but you will:
Meet real marine scientists who will give a short tour of the Iziko Museum's ocean life exhibits
Investigate South African ocean ecosystems through arts-centered, hands-on activities
Listen to amazing music about the need to protect our oceans and sing along with local musician Monwabisi Dasi
Make Origami ocean animals for a museum mobile to support ocean conservation with paper artist Ayanda Aylar
Participate in Puppet Planet's - TRASH PUPPETS WORKSHOP!
